Few days later, we were honoured to design a bespoke Psychiatrist File Design for Dr. Rahul Mathur who is the prominent psychiatrist in Central India. Dr. Mathur is known to take great care of his patients, and is praised for his professionalism; therefore, he wanted a clinic file design that represented the very heart of his practice—a little bit sophisticated, approachable, and functional.

Having provided expert Consultation services to Psychiatrist Clinics for over 18 years, we knew that the key to a good file was a good looking one, which would also communicate the values of Dr. Mathur’s Clinic.

The Vision for

Rahul Mathur, a Dr, had a vision for his clinic file design. He wanted a simple, but elegant look with soft orange as the main color. The soft orange really embodied warmth, positivity, care and comfort — all qualities that mental health care is about, thought Leech. He wanted the front cover to be subtle enough to be about his practice whilst looking clean and professional.

The Design Approach Psychiatrist File Design

Hence to work with Dr. Mathur’s liking, we created a Psychiatrist Clinic File Design which had soft orange colour as the base colour and balance with neutral shades. An abstract image of mental health care was being shown on the front page with minimalist typeface for highlighting the name and logo of the clinic. The interior layout was well thought out, sections for patient information as well as relevant notes and prescriptions was placed in, making it really practical for day to day use.

The Outcome

It managed to hit the perfect balance between simplicity, warmth and sophistication in the final design. Dr. The result delighted Mathur and his team, calling the soft orange standout and the entire file functional. It added value to his practice, and enhanced the design because of it’s high quality printing.
